Now Living open for inspection at Blackmore Park Estate
Buyers in Perth’s north are being given the chance to experience the lifestyle on offer at the beautiful Blackmore Park Estate, with the opening of the first brand new showcase homes from Now Living this weekend.
Located on the former Blackmore Primary School site at the intersection of Allinson Drive and Innes Place in Girrawheen, Blackmore Park Estate is set to become a beautifully-landscaped and vibrant new community.
Now Living – a division of Australia’s largest builder, BGC – is partnering with LandCorp to deliver 52 professionally pre-packaged and architecturally designed house and land packages at the estate.
The highly sought after estate is now on its final release of turnkey house and land packages.
The three homes being opened this weekend are the first to be completed at Blackmore Park Estate, and offer three unique elevations and floor plans.
Now Living’s former General Manager Troy Gorton said the homes showcased what the estate had to offer, as well as allowing buyers to experience the look and feel of the new homes that would form the heart of the community.
“Now Living are very proud to be partnering with LandCorp in this fantastic development, which is central to the transformation and growth of what is a well-established and well-located area,” he said.
“The high level of interest in Blackmore Park Estate shows it has been welcomed by the community and buyers, and we are delighted to be able to demonstrate the quality homes on offer here.
“We’re looking forward to seeing buyers, clients and the local community come down to the Estate Open Day this weekend to view the homes and the opportunity for themselves – and to come and see this vibrant new community coming to life.”
Blackmore Park Estate is just 12 km north of the Perth CBD in the heart of Girrawheen, in close proximity to schools, shops and parks, and just minutes from the beach.
The estate overlooks Blackmore Park reserve, an attractive and well-maintained public open space providing active playing fields and recreational facilities for the wider community.
It also enjoys good transport links to the city and local beaches from nearby Wanneroo Road, Reid Highway and Mitchell Freeway.
Once complete, Blackmore Park Estate will be home to more than 70 families. The estate features lots ranging in size from 210sqm to 576sqm, as well as two grouped dwelling sites nestled around a central parkland area with pedestrian links to the surrounding community.
