Successful JV delivers contemporary turnkey housing options
More than 70 families will call Blackmore Park Estate home thanks to a successful joint venture between LandCorp, BGC Development and Now Living, a BGC Residential company.
The new estate, on Allinson Drive in Girrawheen, offers 52 flexible turnkey house and land packages. The estate is built around a central parkland on the former Blackmore Primary School site, and is located close to existing amenities including schools, shops and parks and just minutes from the beach.
“We’re very proud to partner with Landcorp in this fantastic development, which is central to the transformation and growth of a well-established and well-located area,” said Now Living General Manager Troy Gorton.
“We were able to create a turnkey house and land product which offers the stability of a fixed price* contract, and gives buyers flexibility in the choice of interior colour schemes, elevations and optional upgrades.
“This product has been well received, with 60 per cent of the development already sold and the first residents now settled in. It is great to see this vibrant new community coming to life.”
Now Living worked in conjunction with LandCorp and BGC Development to develop the master plan for the estate, with Now Living acting as the builder, project manager and sales and marketing agency for the highly-anticipated development.
In a first for the company, Now Living also delivered three showcase homes to demonstrate the various housing and design features available to potential buyers.
“The grand opening of our first homes was highly successful with an overwhelming number of visitors through, which is an excellent result for our inaugural showcase event,” said Troy.
Now Living will also deliver a six-unit development on one of two grouped housing lots nestled around the central parkland at Blackmore Park Estate.
