The Reveley development at Ellenbrook is a partnership between BGC and Now Living, the Department of Communities and LWP Property Group. The aim is to deliver an urban infill development solution through innovation in both land development and built form design.
To celebrate construction commencing on site for the two display homes, Now Living Executive General Manager Troy Gorton, Honourable Peter Tinley MLA and LWP Property Group Managing Director Danny Murphy officially turned sod on ground.
Now Living Executive General Manager Troy Gorton said being the nominated builder to construct WA’s first 80sqm lots was a great achievement for BGC and Now Living.
“It is an exciting milestone to be here turning sod on what will be WA’s first 80sqm lots and highlights what a successful partnership can achieve between the builder, the developer and the Department of Communities,” Mr Gorton said.

“These homes will be a flagship project to showcase innovation and the delivery of housing diversity to the Perth property market – an opportunity Now Living is extremely proud to be a part of.”
Each home has been individually designed to suit the block, with a range of two and three bedroom homes, utilising natural light and ventilation and high ceilings.
“Every square metre is used through clever design elements and maximizing sense of space, such as the inclusions of study nooks, utilising the areas under the stairs and still achieving an open plan living design,” Mr Gorton said.
“Each home also has its own courtyard and balcony, which acts as an extension of the home living space, both acting as indoor/outdoor areas, further connecting each asset of the home.”
The two display homes due for completion in February 2018 will allow consumers to see these homes for themselves and see just how much can be achieved on an 80sqm lot.
“We are proud of how these homes have been innovative in their design through striking the right balance between the use of space and the use of multi-purpose rooms, where a room can act as a bedroom or an activity area, providing that flexibility for the home owner,” Mr Gorton said.
In close proximity to local amenity in the heart of Ellenbrook, these green titled two storey homes deliver efficient home designs with an emphasis on natural light and space.
“As home builders, the onus is on us to deliver diverse housing choices and give home owners opportunities to own their own home,” Mr Gorton said.
