Now Living and Cedar Woods have partnered together to deliver affordable Ready Built homes to the Perth property market. The Ready Built concept provides an alternative option to the traditional process of building a new home, offering the market a newly constructed ready to move in to home, without having to go through the administrative process.
With a focus on creating quality, affordable, and sustainable communities, both Now Living and Cedar Woods believe it is extremely important that builders and land developers work together to provide alternative product offerings to an ever-evolving Perth property market.

These Ready Built homes will offer the perfect solution for many potential homebuyers searching for a way to get into a new home. All Ready Built homes are eligible for the First Home Owners Grant (FHOG) and no repayments need to be made until the home is complete. This is a massive advantage for homebuyers that are currently renting and would struggle to pay rent and make home loan repayments at the same time during construction.
Another advantage of the Ready Built homes is they are all-inclusive and ready to move-in to upon completion. This means the purchaser won’t have to spend valuable time and money completing their brand new home as it will be ready from the day they pick up the keys.
This product will also be extremely appealing to investors as it is Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) eligible. Ordinarily purchasing a block of land and building a new home on it does not qualify under the SMSF scheme, however as these homes are purchased off the plan, our range of Ready Built homes are eligible under this scheme. Investors will also see a greater benefit from buying a brand new product rather than an established home.
Ready Built homes in Ariella Estate in Brabham will start from $360,000, Emerald Park in Wellard from $349,000 and Rivergums in Baldivis from $341,000. The first roll out of the Ready Built homes are now complete and ready for viewing with more coming soon, some of which are now just weeks from completion.
